suspension of your driver’s license for 90 days to 1 year, 5 years of probation, and a $2,500 fine with an 84% surcharge. Other costs to you include a $250
DUI abatement fee, $1,000 prison construction fee, and $1,000 to the state general fund. You will also have to submit to alcohol screening, counseling and monitoring, and use a
vehicle interlock device. In fact, minimum penalties consist of all of the above with the exception of less jail time and a lesser fine. A
